College dining trending: A look at trending ingredient birria, insights on NYU's dining program

In this month’s recap of the Top 5 most popular C&U Food Management articles, Mizzou chef’s new recipes have gone to the dogs ranked as the week’s top story. You’ve heard of Bobby Flay making treats for his cats, right? Meet Eric Cartwright, the University of Missouri chef who crafts cookies for canines on campus. Mizzou’s fun new doggie treats are made with simple ingredients like apples, peanut butter, eggs and flour.
