Go with the flow

One goal of this capital improvement project was to improve the flow and efficiencies of this dining hall, which also features big windows looking out onto the campus scenery.

UCOOK

Here’s where students test the waters of cooking for themselves.

Mise en place is all set

UCOOK is stocked with fresh veggies, proteins, grains, spices and more, so students can get right to it.

Comfort and Ray’s Deli

Featuring the all-important category of comfort food, Comfort serves familiar breakfast, lunch and dinner, such as French toast, mac and cheese, curries and carved meats. Also, the smash hit “chicken nugget Thursday” takes place here.

Ray’s Deli

This classic station features custom-made subs, sandwiches and paninis.

Sips & Bliss

This coffee shop concept serves Starbucks, pastries, cookies, cakes and pies.

Rustic Roots

This station is powered by more than 200 plant-based recipes created by Sodexo chefs and the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS).

Bar Scene

This salad bar lets students customize with grains, greens, pasta, protein, fruit and more, or decide on a composed salad.

Ray’s Homestyle Diner

And this is the good old grill—burgers, fries, sausages and add-ons are ready to devour when nothing else but a cheeseburger will do.

Global Kitchen

Here’s where adventurous taste testers can come out and play with made-to-order dishes like Korean barbecue pork tacos and poke bowls.
