Aurora St. Luke’s is moving from traditional trayline to room service this fall and also adding a full-service Starbucks licensed store in its current coffee shop location this winter.

The dining operation also supplies two smaller offsite cafes at an adjacent office building and at a conference center, where it also manages catering. It also operates the offsite Corporate Café where the menu includes made-to-order salads and sandwiches, soups, coffee, breakfast items and grab and go.
