‘Restaurant Takeover’ brings fun, fast-casual Indian fare to USC

Indian wraps, burrito bowls, salads and naan bread show students that Indian food can be just as approachable as Chipotle.

A big crowd of students had lined up before the doors opened for the Restaurant Takeover, a 10-day series at the University of Southern California (USC)’s food court inside the Ronald Tutor Campus Center.
