This flavor journey started with a bite of tandoori chicken. Brian Disch, purchasing supervisor at Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital in Minneapolis, thought that samples of the grilled tandoori chicken sandwich on the eve of an Indian food pop-up last month at the hospital’s café would pique interest. And it worked.
“The staff flocked over to try and ask questions about the food,” Disch says. “It seemed like the rest of the day the staff was beaming and excited about the event the following day. It helped get everyone talking about the great food.”
