Bulgogi

YIELD: 8 SERVINGS

3 lbs. jullienned beef strips
1 tsp. ground ginger
¾ tsp. minced garlic
¼ tsp. sesame seed
⅛ tsp. crushed red pepper
⅔ cup soy sauce
⅔ cup water
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup white vinegar
1 each green onion

1. Combine water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame seed & red pepper to create the marinade. Pour this marinade over your beef and allow to sit for at least one hour.

2. Stir fry beef in wok over high heat until done.

3. Thinly slice green onion to use as garnish over your finished beef. Serve over prepared rice noodles.
