Yale's Phillips to Head Baylor Medical Center's Dining Operations

Regenia Phillips, director of residential operations at Yale University, is is leaving to join Aramark's Healthcare division as general manager of nutrition services at Baylor University Medical Center. The foodservice operation at the hospital, the largest in the Dallas area with 1,025 licensed beds, has a $24 million budget and operates 13 retail dining outlets as well as patient meal service and onsite catering.

"It will be very difficult to fill Regenia's shoes and she will be greatly missed here at Yale," says Yale Dining Executive Director Rafi Taherian. "We support Regenia's decision and congratulate both Baylor and Aramark on their new leader." Before joining Yale three years ago, Phillips was dining services director at the University of North Texas.
