Longtime associate director and former NACUFS president to oversee all dining operations on campus.

Concordia College has named Janet Paul director of dining services, succeeding Deb Lee Ross, who retired in January after 24 years. She also served as national president of NACUFS in the 2010-11 term.

In addition, Paul Dosch was promoted to associate director to replace Paul and direct retail operations, marketing and business departmental functions. Cindy Hogenson, RD, was promoted to assistant dining services diretor with responsibility to direct residential dining, contract services, the culinary team and the department's dietetic foodservice management internship program.
