Three chefs in onsite foodservice operations were among the seven culinarians honored recently by the United Fresh Produce Association's United Fresh Produce Excellence in Foodservice Awards Program, sponsored by Pro*Act. The program honors chefs and their companies or departments for their innovative and influential use of fresh produce in the culinary arts.
