YIELD: 1 serving
6 oz. fettuccini noodles
1 oz. olive oil
1 oz. crushed garlic
2 oz. bacon, cooked and chopped
2 oz. green peas
1 oz. caramelized onion
3 oz. chicken OR tofu OR shrimp, cooked
6 oz. prepared cream sauce
basil leaf, for garnish
1 oz. Parmesan cheese
1. Drop pasta into water.
2. Add oil to hot sauté pan with garlic, bacon, onions, peas and protein of choice. Saute for 4 to 5 minutes. Add sauce to pan.
3. Drain pasta; add to sauté pan. Toss to coat. Arrange pasta in large bowl. Garnish pasta with basil and Parmesan cheese.
