In 2014 Thomas launched a new mobile ordering app and kiosk ordering to promote expedited services during peak hours. The company also boasts an array of more than a dozen food concepts ranging from deli (Manhattan Deli) and Italian (Basil’s Uppercrust) to tossed-to-order salads (Field of Greens) and international (Fusions).
Cuisine on Call is TCM’s proprietary room service program complete with a comprehensive, restaurant-style menu focused on healthy nutritional offerings.
TCM was founded in 1986 by current chairman Thad Thomas as a provider of dining services to healthcare clients. The company expanded into corporate dining in the 1990s and today is one of Idaho’s largest privately held businesses.
