In 2015, Sterling Spoon introduced a catering/event strategy designed to be relevant throughout the year with a focus on full-service offerings for clients. Leveraging the company’s expertise in the restaurant business to create seasonal/holiday themed "new news" menus that incorporate the freshest available ingredients combined with a chef's flair, such as the American classic creations designed for the American Inspirations themed event.
