RMA’s shift in philosophy from foodservice to hospitality has opened up the door to dealing with solutions for companies of all sizes. In adopting this approach, it has built customized foodservice kiosks as a small-site solution and has also begun catering services for one of the country’s largest home meal replacement companies. For the third year, RMA was selected to cater the Super Bowl, which took place in February 2016 in Santa Clara, Calif.
